With over 25 years in customer service — and 15 of those years dedicated to supporting logistics agents — I saw a clear need: agents needed a partner who could take the operational and customer service side of the business off their plates, without sacrificing quality or control.
That’s why I founded DLT Transportation Services LLC. At DLT, we offer a co-managed approach to logistics support, partnering with agents to enhance their
customer experience, streamline operations, and fuel business growth. We're not just an outsourced
